What does “Ready to Wear” mean?
Ready To Wear pieces have no wait time. Orders placed today will ship out the next business day. Please note we do not ship on weekends.
Can I make adjustments to my order after it has been placed?
No, orders cannot be adjusted after placement. We can only update shipping addresses (within reason) before your order has shipped. If a tracking number has already been issued, changes cannot be made.
How can I cancel my order?
We cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed, as we aim to fulfill orders quickly. However, once your order is delivered, you may return items in accordance with our return policy.
I forgot to use my discount code while checking out. Can it be applied afterward?
Unfortunately, discount codes cannot be applied after purchase. Please use your code on your next order.
Why does my order keep canceling?
Our system may automatically cancel orders for different reasons. To avoid this, please ensure: Your billing and shipping addresses match & you try a different payment method or card.
I ordered during a sale. When can I expect my package?
Sale orders have a processing time of 7–10 business days before shipping. Once processed, shipping is 2–3 business days standard or 1–2 business days express.
Items purchased during a sale using a discount code are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Shipping & Delivery
What happens if my package is returned to sender?
Your package can be reshipped once it is returned to us. However, you will be responsible for a reshipment fee before it can be sent out again.
My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it. What should I do?
Once your order is with the carrier, delivery is out of our control. All orders are shipped via USPS. If your tracking says delivered but you did not receive your package, please contact USPS directly.
Note: FedEx shipping is available at an additional cost, but must be selected during checkout.

My outfit is too small/too big. How do I exchange it?

Do you offer refunds?
No, we do not offer refunds. Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, and we also offer store credit.
