Refunds & Exchanges

  • No Refunds — We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

  • Exchanges/Store Credit Only — Exchanges are accepted on Ready To Wear items within 14 days from delivery date.

  • Final Sale Items — Sale items, custom items, accessories, bodysuits, and any items with undergarments/leotards are FINAL SALE (no returns/exchanges).

  • Store Credit Codes — Valid for 2 weeks from issue date. Codes may be renewed only once. After expiration, they are voided.

 

Sale Orders

  • Sale orders require 7–10 business days processing before shipping.

  • Once processed, shipping time is 2–3 business days (standard) or 1–2 business days (express).

  • All sale items are FINAL SALE.

  • Orders placed within one week after a sale may experience delayed shipping, no exact timeframe can be guaranteed.

 

Custom Orders

  • Custom pieces have a 2–3 week production timeframe (processing starts 5 days after order placement).

  • Shipping may be sooner depending on order volume.

  • You may text customer service at 954-773-5119 for date inquiries.

  • Orders placed before inquiring about a date cannot be canceled if not completed in time.

  • Custom items are not eligible for exchanges or refunds.

 

Exchange Instructions

  1. Confirm your item qualifies for exchange (Ready To Wear only).

  2. Exchanges must be received by us within 14 days of delivery. (e.g., Delivered Jan 1 → must be in our possession by Jan 15). Late packages will be denied.

  3. Prepare your exchange note including:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Item(s) requested in exchange (name, color, size)

    • Your current email & phone number

  4. Package your item securely (do not ship shoes in shoe boxes as packaging).

  5. Ship your return via USPS, UPS, or FedEx and keep your receipt & tracking.

Exchange Processing

  • Once your return is received, please allow 3–5 business days for processing.

  • You will receive one of the following:

    • Exchange invoice for a different item (price differences + shipping may apply).

    • Exchange invoice for the same item/different size (shipping only).

    • Store Credit Code (valid for 2 weeks).

Important: Invoices must be paid immediately. Items are not held during invoicing. If another customer purchases the last available piece before your invoice is completed, it may no longer be available.

 

Shipping

  • All orders ship via USPS. Once shipped, USPS is responsible for delivery.

  • If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package, please contact USPS directly.

  • Customers may upgrade to FedEx or UPS shipping for an additional fee, contact customer service for pricing.

  • Returned packages: You must pay a reshipment fee before we can resend.

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or items marked as delivered by the carrier.

 

Payments

  • All payments must be made directly through our official website.

  • We do not accept Cash App, PayPal, Western Union, or any other external payment services.

  • We are not responsible for scams or fraudulent third-party pages.

 

Additional Notes

  • Sets must be returned as full sets (top + bottom). Partial returns will be denied.

  • Shoe boxes are not acceptable shipping packaging. Items returned this way will be denied.

  • Any mishaps on our end, please text 954-773-5119 immediately.
